The system is vertically scalable, depending on the number of floors each unit can be between 45-180 sqm.

Especially in tropical environments, raising the house makes it safe from heavy rainfalls and floods. The air circulating all around the house keeps it cool, while the interior and exterior is fully customizable. A variety of colors and materials and different fit-out-standards may be applied, depending on the taste, budget, and lifestyle of the dweller

For example, the roof and facade attachment can be positioned on any side to address the orientation of the sun, or wind direction, wherever your lot may be.The more attachments utilized, the more facets created.
