A well- renowned fashion designer, artist, and theater enthusiast, Daphne’s Skin Home is a work that evokes drama and sophistication. The façade is composed of a series of fixed and collapsible metal panels in front of doors and windows giving the house two unique facets: the closed and the open façades.

Revolution is a collection of limited edition, pre-crafted structures, including homes and pavilions. The project unites 48 of the world’s preeminent architects, artists, and designers to create an exclusive series of prefabricated, livable spaces. With a network of cutting-edge technologies and cost-efficient production systems, Revolution is democratizing high-design and architecture by introducing designed spaces in exclusive collaboration with industry leading creatives.
HOW MUCH DOES EACH REVOLUTION HOME COST?

HOW MUCH IS THE RESERVATION FEE?
There is a non-refundable fee of 10% of the retail price, which will be credited towards the 50% down payment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REVOLUTION PACKAGE?
The Homes are fitted with all non-moving components, from structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC plus all other fixtures* and finishes. Alteration of the inclusions will void the warranty for materials. *All items listed in the specification sheet will be included in the Home.
WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL REVOLUTION PROVIDE TO ME?
All packages come with the standard documentation including the following: A. Detailed design plans: 1. Architectural 2. Structural 3. Electrical 4. Plumbing/Sanitary 5. Mechanical B. Site development base plan C. Other technical details that will help the client on his assessment
I AM READY TO START THE PROCESS. WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS THAT REVOLUTION WILL REQUIRE FROM ME?
Upon placing the order, the client must submit the following requirements: A. Location map / Vicinity map B. Site map of target locale C. Site topography map D. Flood / Water level elevation map E. Climate map F. Local codes and ordinances that may apply to the structures. G. Technical Tests and data of the target site: 1. Boring test 2. Ground Water table level 3. Rainfall data 4. Maximum wind velocity data
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO PREPARE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION?
The client shall hire a local general contractor prior to site preparation and installation. All technical tests and substructure groundwork (excavation and foundation) shall be prepared and carried out by the contractor. A detailed project gantt chart must be submitted to Revolution to ensure that the homes are delivered after the site development has been completed.
WHEN WILL YOU START BUILDING MY HOME?
Fabrication of the Home will commence after the client provides all necessary documentation and pay the required downpayment of 50%. Site preparation may be conducted simultaneously by the client while waiting for the fabrication to be completed.
ARE REVOLUTION HOMES BUILT TO CODE?
Revolution Homes are designed to meet local building codes for each and every region they are built for. The client must provide all information necessary should there be any revisions/ additions to the design to adapt it with the local code. All of Revolution’s plans are architecturally, structurally, mechanically, sanitary and electrically engineered.
DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?
Building permit/s must be secured by the client or general contractor. All necessary permits must be secured prior to the delivery and installation of the Homes.
CAN REVOLUTION ASSIST WITH SECURING BUILDING PERMITS?
Revolution will provide the client 1 set of plans, (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, Structural and specifications). These plans can be used by the client when applying for a building permit. These plans may be reproduced with the written consent of Revolution Precrafted
CAN YOU DELIVER A HOME ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes. Revolution homes are designed to be shipped worldwide since it is prefabricated. But since we have different climate around the globe, we have specific line-up that will adapt on each climatic condition.
WHAT KIND OF FOUNDATION SHOULD BE USED?
Depending on the soil type of the actual site, there are different substructure designs that will be recommended by Revolution Precrafted Properties Philippines Inc. that can adapt on the existing soil type.
CAN I MAKE ALTERATIONS TO THE PLANS?
Changes deemed necessary by the client may be applied upon turnover of the Home, but are subject to the approval of Revolution. Any alteration of the designs or the materials specified by Revolution will void the product warranty.
ARE REVOLUTION HOMES BUILT TO LAST AGAINST HURRICANES AND EARTHQUAKES?
Revolution Homes are designed to comply with international building codes.
WILL THE ROOFING SYSTEM SUPPORT THE SNOW LOAD IN TEMPERATE COUNTRIES?
Revolution Homes’ roofing systems are designed to adapt to different climates.
HOW LONG IS THE FABRICATION PROCESS?
Fabrication takes a minimum of 90 calendar days and begins upon the approval of the fabrication plans and permits.
HOW WILL MY HOME BE DELIVERED?
Revolution Homes are generally delivered in a standard 20-40ft container truck. This varies depending on the size of the home and the materials used.
IS MY HOME DELIVERED ALL AT ONCE?
The Home will be delivered all at once. The number of containers may vary based on the size of the Revolution Home.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP A HOME?
Shipping usually takes 30-45 days but it may vary depending on the location of the site and the factory where it is being manufactured.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO INSTALL?
Installation takes approximately five (5) days at the minimum. This varies depending on the design of the Home and other site-specific factors that may affect the installation process.
WHO WILL INSTALL THE HOME?
Prior to the installation stage, the client must hire his/her local installer/contractor. A Revolution representative will be present for the two-day pre-installation orientation* and during the entire installation period. *1st day design and material orientation, 2nd day methodology and installation orientation

An accredited logistics provider will facilitate the shipping and handling of the Homes. Shipping and handling costs are not included in the package cost and shall be paid for by the client.
